📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of 10-15 technicians and service advisors, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Monitor and optimize aftersales service processes using SAP and ServiceMax.
• Conduct regular service quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with principals like Tesla, Nissan, and Toyota to ensure their vehicles receive optimal aftersales support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network in Surabaya.
• Track and analyze aftersales service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and mentorship to the aftersales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, preferably in an EV context.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving service quality.
• Familiarity with SAP and ServiceMax.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
