📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian and international labor laws.
• Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of respect and belonging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
