Deputy Operations Controller

As a Deputy Operations Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. You will work with various stakeholders, including production managers, quality assurance teams, and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production managers to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and resolve quality issues.
• Support the development and maintenance of the company's ERP system, specifically focusing on production modules.
• Provide training and support to production staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing production data using tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
