📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire permit and license acquisition process, including application submission, tracking, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes for all projects.
• Coordinate with government agencies, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all permit and license applications.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure all permits and licenses are obtained within the required timeframes.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on the status of permit and license applications.
• Assist in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the permit process.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in local regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in permit and license management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Bali.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
