📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic medical plans to drive product expansion in the ASEA markets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of medical initiatives and products in the region.
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Participate in training and development programs for local medical teams.
• Represent Opella at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical product development or market expansion.
• Proven track record of successfully leading medical initiatives in the ASEAN region.
• Strong knowledge of medical regulations and compliance standards in the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using medical software and tools such as EMR systems, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Certification in medical product management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
