As a Barista at Private Advertiser, you'll be the heart of our coffee shop, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their preferences and ensure they leave with a smile. Daily, you'll be making espresso-based drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty coffee beverages using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our coffee shop, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.

• Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including cash handling and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
