Every day, you'll work closely with our billing team to implement and refine our accounts receivable procedures, using tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce. You'll train and mentor your team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll develop strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize cash flow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage accounts receivable, including collections and follow-ups
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 billing and collections specialists
• Implement and monitor revenue assurance policies and procedures
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Develop and maintain training programs for the accounts receivable team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in accounts receivable or financial management is a plus
