🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Quality Control and Change Management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma can be an added advantage.
• Proficient in using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
