📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize bakery formulations using the latest food technology tools and software, such as LabVIEW and FoodWorks.
• Lead client demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our products and services.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and quality control tests to ensure our products meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop new product ideas and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the bakery industry.
• Provide technical support and advice to our clients and distributors.
• Contribute to the development of new bakery products and formulations.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the bakery industry, with a focus on product development.
• Strong knowledge of bakery formulations, ingredients, and processes.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client demonstrations and training sessions.
• Proficiency in using food technology tools and software, such as LabVIEW and FoodWorks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
