📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle outlet balance adjustments and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Use QuickBooks and Excel to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide support to the finance team during peak periods, including weekends and evenings.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and processed in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance operations role.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and Excel.
