📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the consolidation of financial reports for management and regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze financial data from multiple regions and prepare consolidated reports using SAP or similar financial software
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistent financial reporting standards
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Certification in financial reporting (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
