Coinbase is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capacity Planning Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure can meet the demands of our growing user base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capacity planning strategies that optimize our resources and ensure high performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to ensure our infrastructure can meet the demands of our growing user base.,Monitor and analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure capacity planning aligns with business goals.,Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure we have the right resources and support in place.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in capacity planning and infrastructure management.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on the status of capacity planning efforts and recommendations for improvement.,Develop and maintain documentation for capacity planning processes and procedures.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely response to any infrastructure issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in capacity planning, infrastructure management, or a related role.,Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.,Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or Bash.,Experience with monitoring and alerting tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
