📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing or healthcare environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high quality standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
