📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of luxury residential projects from concept to completion.,Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.,Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.,Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to ensure that construction activities are carried out according to plans and specifications.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, cost estimates, and final project documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housing engineering and construction.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Housing Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in housing engineering and construction, with a focus on luxury residential projects.,Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bali.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality residential projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software and other relevant design and construction tools.,Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.
