In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon schedule and budget.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Manage and supervise a team of banquet staff, delegating tasks and ensuring everyone is working efficiently.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all events.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and attract new clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
