📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the structural engineering team, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of projects.,Conduct structural analysis and design for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Review and approve engineering drawings and calculations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to ensure the safe and proper construction of structures.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in structural engineering.,Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles, including ACI, AISC, and ASCE standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using structural engineering software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
