📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute production projects.
  • Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement production strategies and improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
