📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and pricing standards.
• Leverage advanced procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar to streamline procurement processes and gain real-time insights.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a dynamic and multicultural environment is a plus.
