📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.,Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service and support to online shoppers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our online store.,Monitor and manage our inventory to ensure products are available and shipped promptly.,Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, either as a specialist or in a related role.,Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
