📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage a team of 5-10 beauty advisors, providing training and support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive sales and revenue targets through effective team leadership and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist in the development and implementation of store-specific marketing strategies
- Participate in store audits and quality control processes
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with retail management software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
