📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing customer inquiries and orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to support sales strategies.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
