In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs, conducting skill assessments, and providing ongoing support to our nursing team. You will work closely with our experienced Nurse Trainer to develop and implement training initiatives that meet the unique needs of our elderly residents. Daily, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including conducting training sessions, observing care practices, and providing feedback to our nursing staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for nursing staff on elderly care.
• Conduct skill assessments and provide feedback to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Trainer to create and implement training initiatives.
• Observe and evaluate care practices to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest best practices in elderly care through continuous learning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in elderly care or a related field.
• Certification in Elderly Care or a similar specialized certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using training software such as iSpring Suite or Articulate Storyline.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
