📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare food ingredients as required by the Head Chef.,Assist in the preparation of daily specials and menu items.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and utensils.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines.Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.Time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
