📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Process payroll for plantation staff and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts and cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for plantation operations.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the agricultural or plantation industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
