Warehouse Manager - Immediate

Express City Pratama is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and warehouse management.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed. You will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse, including proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all stock is accurately tracked and managed.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
• Conduct regular audits of the warehouse to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
