📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs in Conformity Assessment and Business Excellence,Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements,Develop and update training materials and resources,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Conformity Assessment and Business Excellence,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives,Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Certified trainer in Conformity Assessment and/or Business Excellence,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
