Sky Crystal Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain compliance with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet high standards of service and quality.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of improving sales and operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
