📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
