As a Lead Data Analyst, you will work closely with our management team to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data analysis strategies that help us achieve our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the data analysis team and ensuring that all data analysis projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing data analysis strategies that help us achieve our business objectives.
  • Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing data analysis projects that help us track and improve our performance.
  • Working closely with our management team to ensure that our data analysis efforts are aligned with our business goals.
  • Providing data analysis support to other departments within the company.
  • Ensuring that all data analysis projects comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the data analysis team.
  • Ensuring that all data analysis projects are documented and that we have a clear understanding of the data analysis process.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong background in data visualization and data mining.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
