📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for customers.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide goals.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and new product launches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and in-store teams.
