📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare ingredients and maintain inventory.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.,Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and food safety awareness.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.
