PT Cipta Bhakti is looking for a dedicated Admin Finance to join our team in Ciputat, Banten. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in financial planning. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain financial records and documents,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports,Assist in the preparation of budget proposals and financial forecasts,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries,Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payment,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation,Assist in the preparation of financial statements,Provide administrative support to the finance department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Good understanding of accounting principles and practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus
